I've been debating for years about whether or not this blog should be public. I have occasionally set it to be completely private, then have gone back and made it public again.
But I think I am finally ready to make it private, completely and forever. I am ready for a change of voice, one that shall be even more personal, since I will be speaking only to those I love. And in this I shall include those who I have once known personally, even if presently we don't communicate as much.
Whether you are a close companion or a distant friend, please consider joining my little private reader's club. To join, I must send you an invitation, which I will gladly do if you send me your email address. I promise not to ask questions or react with surprise if your email to me is a blast from the past. I will just smile and be grateful to have you as a reader.
All I am trying to do is to remove myself from the eyes of the people who have never known me, complete strangers who may not always have the best intentions when they read. I am also eager to avoid advertising and spam-like comments which appear occasionally here and thus require maintenance.
