For many days following Christmas, the Church asks us to continue to embrace a beautiful season of peace and joy, as we honor the birth of the King of Peace! :)
So it was very timely and appropriate that this week I should find a peace sign in the form of a tomato, casually hanging out on the surface of my turkey burger!
