Well, Lisa, your big red heart is still making the rounds. We used it for another purpose yesterday.
Once we bought the car, our salesman said they have a promotion going on for a $50 restaurant gift card. They photograph you with your vehicle, and you are entered into the contest.
Well, my brain started thinking of ideas. I remembered your heart! I also came up with the slogan, "We bought a Lincoln on Presidents' Day!"
So off we headed to Grandmom's house, picked up the heart, and Dad quickly made a sign. (Thanks to Tess for the cardboard!) Then we headed back to the dealer for the photo shoot. He thought it was quite clever of us.
Wish us luck with our entry. We are competing with a month's worth of sales. In fact, the cars were lined up behind us as the salesman clicked the camera, so the entries will continue to increase.
