It was the last thing I felt like doing on the weekend, but I had tons of work that just needed to get done.
Michael kept me company for most of it, just killing time by working on his resume.
But when it began to get dark, he surprised me with a very special gift.
He drove back to the house with his car, loaded Macy and himself into my car, brought my car and my keys to me at school, and then walked Macy on a 30-minute walk back home.
He did all this so that I would have my own car waiting for me when I would get out of work, long after he was back at his apartment.
When I finally got home at 10:15 PM, I was delighted to see that he had made my bed and even laid out my pajamas, robe, and slippers for me! What a wonderful husband he will be! God bless him all the days of his life!
