The Necklace I Hope to Wear During Labor and Delivery

Recently, I assembled together the necklace I hope to wear during labor and delivery.

The main pendant is a colorful Miraculous Medal which Michael bought for me at the Church of Santa Maria della Vittoria in Rome when were there last Summer for our honeymoon.  In that beautiful church we saw the famous statue of St. Teresa of Avila in Ecstacy and the remains of St. Victoria.

Beside it is my favorite image of my beloved Saint Philomena.  To the right is a gold medal of St. Benedict, a patron saint who is invoked for protection against poisons.

Behind these, you will see the wool of a tiny Brown Scapular I sewed.  :)
