An Old-Fashioned Love Note
This means we like to receive love in certain ways and we like to give love in certain ways.
The challenge for both of us is to remember each other's love language and try to speak it.
I, for example, LOVE physical affection. Snuggling with Michael on the couch simply melts away everything else and brings me sheer happiness!
His primary love language is Words of Affirmation, and his secondary love language is Acts of Service.
This is probably why he thanks me every day for the lunch I pack for him, along with all the encouraging notes I stuff inside. :)
This week I decided to write an old-fashioned, hand-written love note to my husband. I taped it to the door so that he'd find it on his way out to work in the morning.
