So...this is the yummy cake I made for my Dad for Father's Day! While it may look complex with all of its layers and while it certainly fooled my Dad (who didn't know the ingredients to be anything other than chocolate and ice cream), I shall reveal my little recipe secret to you, dear reader.
All I did was stack on top of one another a bunch of ice cream sandwiches, separating them by a layer of fudge and crushed-up Oreo cookies.
The icing on the cake? Cool Whip.
And the figurative icing on the cake? A beautiful sense of accomplishment in just 10 minutes. :-)
