Whenever I wake up after sleeping in for a long time in the morning, I let out a high-pitched squeal. I can't explain why I do it, though.I've tried to replicate that pitch later on in the day, but I never can. My voice can't reach that high, normally. It's a once-and-done morning thing for me, I guess.
Do any of you professional singers understand why my vocal chords can belt out such a high pitch when it's their premiere sound for the day?
It's sorta fun making that sound, and it is always accompanied by a full-body stretch. Then I know I'm ready to start my day. :-)
