It's true: I'm addicted to blogging.So much so, in fact, that I carry my laptop with me everywhere.
And, sometimes, I even pull the car over haphazardly when the perfect sentence enters my head and I just need to write it down.
I've been doing this craziness since 2006. It's often the cause of why I run late.
Sometimes the urge to write comes upon me when I'm in the shower. I don't get out, of course. I just lean toward the paper and pens, which are within an arm's reach of the shampoo, and then I start writing on the wall.
I will even wake up in the middle of the night with the perfect adjective that had been alluding me all day.
And, if you ever get an out-of-context text message from me, it's only because I accidentally hit "send" when I was desperate to write when I found myself without pen, paper, or laptop. :-)
