The ceremonial mass was held in the convent's tiny chapel. Members of the Third Order Carmelites wore huge Brown Scapulars, which I just loved. :)
After mass, we were all invited upstairs for a feast! And quite a feast it was! The selection was abundant, and everything was so tasty and delicious!
While Michael was eating and speaking with some other men, I had a blast chatting with my dear friend Vicki. It was the first time we had seen each other in probably SIX YEARS, so we had TONS to catch up on! She is so great!
It was our first time meeting Ray's parents, who had flown in from Hong Kong. What fun we had! God bless you, Ray!
