Our Gathering Before the Catholic Underground

This past Saturday was filled with so many faith events -- and so much grace!

After experiencing Ray's definitive promise ceremony with the Carmelites, it was time for us to travel to the Cathedral of Saints Peter & Paul in downtown Philadelphia, where we'd meet up with friends, go out to dinner, pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and then return in the evening for the Catholic Underground.

Our dinner gathering wasn't just for fellowship, however!  It was also to celebrate our dear friend Clare's 24th birthday!  It was great getting everyone together!

On the walk back to the cathedral, we prayed the Divine Mercy Chaplet.  What a fun experience it was to pray together while walking on the busy streets of Philadelphia!

Our time in the cathedral was wonderful.  Once there, we met up with additional friends, enjoyed a Holy Hour with Jesus, and Michael and I went to confession.  Afterwards, we went down into the crypt for a rock band and coffee house!  I did so much talking that night that I never got to see a single song performed by the artist.  Haha.  Oh, well!

Thank you, Jesus, for a great Saturday!
