Jelly + Mustard + Chicken = Awesome

I love delicious meals that take almost no time to prepare.

Most of the recipes I use are simple, but tonight I made a simple recipe even more simple.  I skipped a few ingredients but thankfully didn't compromise on taste.  

Here's what it looked like before it went into the oven:

Just throw into a glass dish a pack of chicken drum sticks, a jar of apricot jam, and a few scoops of whole grain mustard.  Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, and you've got yourself an awesome meal!

I'm sorry that I forgot to take an "after cooking" picture for you, but it was gobbled up in no time, leaving me with nothing but an empty dish to photograph!
