Yum, Yum, Yum

I've been spending sooooo much time in the kitchen lately.  But I'm not complaining.  I'm loving this.  I have the appetite of a teenage boy.

Apricot-glazed chicken with fennel...and roasted carrots!  Yum!

A ham slice atop butter-orange yams with raisins!

Roasted candied pecans: a fun, somewhat healthy snack.  Right?

My favorite recipe book was a gift from Michael.

Butter biscuits!

Each night that I roast carrots, I season them differently.  These were sprinkled with lemon-pepper!

I wish I could go back in time to my wedding shower and request that everyone bring a copy of their favorite recipe.  Oh, what a treasure trove that would be!
