Wooden Toys

For some reason, I have a love for old fashioned, wooden toys.

They're quiet and classic.

And they're also expensive.

So they're the first thing I look for when I attend a baby consignment expo.

Here are some of my recent finds.

A lot of these pieces were made in Switzerland or Germany.

I guess that means that we folks here in the USA usually opt for light-up, make-noise plastic.
