As most of you know, I've always dreamed of having a statue of Our Lady in the yard of my house. When I bought this little slice of Heaven last August, it was such a treat to discover that the seller had left a statue of Our Lady to watch over the little garden in my backyard!
But, since there are no flowers or tomato plants to watch over in my backyard garden (since yours truly hasn't had any time to plant things), I decided to move Our Lady into the front yard.
Now the doves can smile at her as they look out the front window. And I can also see her from my bedroom window. And everyone who passes by on their way to church can also see her! :)
