Sean & Karli's Wedding on St. Therese's Feast Day

My friends Sean and Karli got married on the Feast Day of St. Therese the Little Flower.

She is their special patroness, and so they married on a Friday, simply because it was her special Feast Day.  :)  That special day is October 1st!

I had the special honor of providing them with a second class relic and a large statue of their beloved saint for use in their wedding ceremony.

Since I live across the street from the little church in which they married, all I had to do was carry St. Therese from my Prayer Room to the altar.

There ceremony was very beautiful and very touching.  The mothers of the bride and groom each placed a bouquet of red roses in front of the statue.

What a special couple Sean and Karli are.  They inspire me with their choices and values.  What a great Catholic couple and example they are to all of us!

God bless you, Sean and Karli, on a lifetime of sacramental, wedded bliss!  :)  May little St. Therese always interceed for you.
