Last night, while I was out giving my speech to the young adult group, Michael stayed home to build our child's crib!
Although I had suggested that he wait a night so that I could be home to help, doing this himself as a gift to our child was very important to him, he explained. So I gave him the space to be the father he wants to be!
This morning when I packed his lunch, I was sure to include a little thank-you note. :)
